You can purchase a Paid Subscription on the AddShip website by paying in advance a monthly subscription fee or any other periodic term communicated to you before purchase.
Tax rates are calculated based on the information you provide and the applicable rate at the time of your monthly charge.
AddShip may occasionally modify the price of Paid Subscriptions, including periodic subscription fees, Prepaid Periods for periods not yet paid, and will notify you of any price changes in advance. Price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Under applicable law, if you continue to use the AddShip Service once the price change takes effect, it will be deemed that you have accepted the new price. If you do not agree with a price change, you may reject it by canceling the corresponding Paid Subscription before the price change takes effect.
Tax rates are based on the applicable rates at the time of your monthly charge. These amounts may change over time based on the local tax requirements of your country, state, territory, or even city. Any change in tax rate will be automatically applied based on the account information you provide.
Your payment to AddShip will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period unless you cancel your Paid Subscription before the current subscription period ends. Contact our Customer Support team here for instructions on how to proceed with cancellation. Cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, losing access to the services provided by said subscription.
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unless expressly stated in these Terms, except in cases where a subscription type change is made before the current subscription period ends. In this case, the remaining subscription time will be deducted from the initial payment value of the new subscription, and in cases where the value of the remaining subscription time exceeds the amount of the advance payment for the new subscription, it will also be deducted from subsequent monthly payments until the full value of that period has been refunded. The value of the remaining subscription time will be calculated proportionally to the number of days remaining until the end of said subscription.
If you purchase a Paid Subscription, you agree that you have fourteen (14) days after your purchase to withdraw for any reason, and you must pay us for the services provided up to the moment you notify us that you have changed your mind. You expressly consent to the provision of the service immediately after your purchase, the loss of the right of withdrawal, and authorize AddShip to automatically charge you every month until you unsubscribe.
